Local Delivery Shipping Option:

- All orders will be delivered as soon as possible

- You will be notified by email once you order has been delivered. (note that package may be left on door step unattended due to non-contact delivery)

- For apartments/condos etc that require buzzing in, delivery will be attempted, or you will be contacted to arrange for a convenient time

* Twelve Thirty Four Co is not responsible for lost or stolen items once they are placed at your chosen delivery locations.

 

Regular Shipping Option:

- All orders will be places in the mail as soon as possible

- You will be notified by email once you're package is mailed. This email will include a shipping tracking number

* Twelve Thirty Four Co is not responsible for items once they are received by Canada Post. If there are issues will receiving order / order not being delivered please contact me via email (include order number).

 

Please keep in mind that I am one person, and there could be delays on deliveries. If your order is urgent and/or time specific please notify me via email (include order number) and I will do my very best to get it to you within the requested time frame.

 

Also note that custom orders can require special items to be ordered (by me) which can cause delays.
